Refund Policy

At Sweet Label, every item is made with care in small batches to ensure the highest quality. Because our products are considered food items and made under Florida’s Cottage Food Law, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will review your concern and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • Missed delivery attempts

  • Taste or texture preferences

  • Delays caused by USPS
